With My Family is a Setsuna ending and one of 25 possible fourth episodes in Shiny Days.
Plots[]
The plot is identical to Interception up to the point when Sekai suggests Makoto to go to Sakakino Hotel himself.
Routemap
Makoto, discovering the feelings Sekai on him and realizes the person Sekai refers to being Setsuna, suggests that he and Sekai shall at least watch a movie or so before he leaves for Sakakino Hotel. The two spend some time discussing and Youko comes home. Youko discovers Sekai has brought a boy to home and ask who he is, while Sekai asks Youko to take care for her own boyfriend, pointing out that he may appear at Radish at any time and she shall wait for him. Youko then returns to Radish to wait for her boyfriend, despite in fact her boyfriend is in her own apartment.
Makoto, overhearing the discussion, finally figures out that Youko is Sekai's mother and decides to abandon Youko whatsoever. He then goes to Sakakino Hotel and gathers with Shun, Mai and Setsuna.
Late in summer, Sekai is receiving an image from Setsuna, showing that Shun, Mai, Makoto and Setsuna are together. Youko is worried about her boyfriend, that he never answers her call nor appears at Radish again, while Sekai tells her that Setsuna has found a boyfriend and they shall hurry for the arranged meeting with the Kiyouras and Setsuna is going to introduce her boyfriend to them on that day.
It is implied that Shun and Mai restore their relationship.
Routes[]
To get With My Family, the following criteria shall be met.
- Makoto shall seduce Youko before he starts dating with Setsuna, otherwise you'll get Setsuna Disappears instead.
- By the time Setsuna leaves for Paris, the bar shall be low enough, otherwise you'll get Together instead.
- Makoto must answer "yes" when questioned by Mai about whether he is Sekai's boyfriend or not, otherwise you'll get either Like Mother, Like Daughter or Succumbing to Pleasure instead.
- If Makoto pretends Sekai being his girlfriend during his beach conversation with Setsuna in Episode 2, he'll not be able to answer "yes" to Mai's question and the question is just skipped.
- Makoto must not answer "She thinks I'm not good at sex." when being questioned by Sekai about what Setsuna may comment on him. Otherwise the ending will be Knockout Kick.
- Finally, the bar shall be high enough by the time Sekai suggests Makoto to leave. Otherwise you'll get Interception instead.
