This is a list of possible endings in School Days, Summer Days, Shiny Days and Cross Days.

Overview[]

The Days series of games each has multiple endings that can be received depending on the player's choices. Strictly speaking, the endings do not have a name, but usually take their name from the final episode the route concludes with. All the endings have a main menu picture, which replaces the old one when the player finishes a play-through. When the player gets every single ending a special main menu picture permanently becomes active, which cannot be changed.

Completion — This Menu picture indicates that the player has achieved all the endings in the SD HQ at least once.

School Days[]

School Days (original release)[]

In School Days, there's 21 possible endings for the player to experience. 20 of the endings are stand alone, while 1 plays as an epilogue to 2 certain routes. The endings are divided as follows:

School Days LxH[]

In School Days LxH Hikari's 2 endings are removed, 6 new bad endings are added and the original 3 bad endings have an epilogue. Although there are more bad endings, the blood in the bad endings were removed in order to pass CERO's rating. The game also doesn't have any unique main menu picture after you finished the game.

Setsuna's ending also gets a proper name. The endings are divided as follows.

Summer Days/Shiny Days[]

SHINYDAYSCompletion — This Menu picture indicates that the player has achieved all the endings in Shiny Days at least once.

In Summer Days, most of the endings are devoted to Setsuna, Youko, and Kotonoha. Also, several endings can also be reached for Manami, Sekai, the Nijou Sisters, Karen, Otome, and Hikari. There is one bad ending which involves Mai restraining Makoto and has Setsuna whip him dominatrix style. Shiny Days adds several new endings devoted to Inori and Noan and a few more bad endings, for example one that involves Makoto being murdered by Kotonoha. It's important to note that most bad endings don't lead to catastrophic scenarios, some of the bad endings are inconclusive and end the game abruptly. The endings are divided as follows:

Cross Days[]

Complete Route Map for Cross Days

In Cross Days, most of the endings are devoted to Roka. However, depending on Yuuki's involvements with Ai or Makoto, an ending with either of them can be reached too. Compared to the original game, Cross Days features more bad endings than its predecessor but isn't as graphic in violence. According to the route map Cross Days has 23 endings points.

School Days Visual Novel Endings[]

Bloody End[]

Depending on the route, Makoto breaks up with Kotonoha or simply starts ignoring her to see Sekai. Kotonoha desperately tries to win back Makoto but Nanami orchestrates many bullying acts on her to keep her away from him. Kotonoha then goes to Makoto's apartment but is greeted by his mother and is invited to wait for him inside. Makoto and Sekai come home and, not knowing she's there, proceed to have sex. Hearing it pushes Kotonoha over the edge and makes her go into Yandere mode. She obtains a key to Makoto's home and proceeds to hear Makoto and Sekai having sex many times until she gets on the balcony and sees a hacksaw. She starts to laugh maniacally and disappears after this. After a while, Kotonoha meets Sekai and Makoto on a train station overpass. Sekai says "long time no see" and tries to greet Kotonoha - only for Kotonoha to suddenly swipe with her hacksaw at Sekai's neck through her coat and slit her throat, causing her to bleed out violently. Kotonoha then starts to laugh maniacally again, Makoto staring in shock as Sekai's eyes dim and she appears to die from the severe blood loss.

Cold Scarf (LxH Extension)[]

In the LxH version, after Kotonoha has killed Sekai, Makoto is shown frozen from shock while Nanami and Hikari, having seen what happened, scream in a panic. Kotonoha, still insane, tries to hand the hacksaw to Makoto. Being shocked by what she did, he slaps her hand aside and knocks the hacksaw away under the bridge, slicing Kotonoha's hand open in the process. She decides to get her scarf and tries to suffocate Makoto for the apparent rejection, but then she she starts crying and stops, presumably still being in love with Makoto enough for her to snap and realize that her actions have forever condemned her from being with him.

To My Child[]

Makoto ends up with Kotonoha, with Sekai disappearing because of his poorly-handled actions. Six months after Sekai's disappearance, Makoto and Kotonoha are on the beach and talks about their life and future plans (which includes having a baby and getting married) and Sekai. Kotonoha then says they should have sex, because with her being pregnant they haven't done it in a while. She goes back to get ready while Makoto stays a bit longer. Right as he's wondering where Sekai is, she suddenly appears and stabs him. Makoto is surprised to see Sekai decided to continue with carrying his baby in spite of what happened and is glad to see Sekai okay, which horrifies her as she realizes what she has done and runs away. Makoto decides to head home, paying barely any attention to a fatal wound in his gut, rather worried Kotonoha will get jealous. He dies while walking home and his final thought to himself is he really did love Sekai.

End of the Folly (LxH Extension)[]

In the LxH extension, Sekai and Kotonoha's children are seen with Youko and Kotonoha. They're chatting when Hikari and Taisuke comes and, after some chitchat, Kotonoha declares the child to be Taisuke's.

Forever[]

Makoto realizes his feelings for Sekai early but has sex with Kotonoha during the school festival. Because of this, Kotonoha believes the only way to get Makoto's affection is to constantly have sex with him, including giving him a handjob on a crowded train. Makoto struggles to choose between her and Sekai but him having sex with Kotonoha was recorded by a group of people, who then show it during a party which Sekai attends. Sekai confronts him about his unfaithfulness and breaks up with him, but Makoto confesses his love to her and is able to win her back.

However, Kotonoha takes it very badly and declares that he and Sekai will never be happy together. Makoto and Sekai are talking about Kotonoha when she throws herself off a building, which is seen in full view to both of them as she hits the ground headfirst and dies. Having witnessed Kotonoha commit suicide, Makoto and Sekai are unable to be together because of their guilt over Kotonoha's actions and break up. A while later, Makoto visits Kotonoha's grave and reminisces about past events and how, as predicted by Kotonoha's last words, he was never able to be happy with Sekai.

Blue Smile (LxH Extension)[]

In the LxH version, when Makoto is visiting Kotonoha's grave, Sekai comes as well. Both haven't met each other since the incident and they ask each other about their recent lives. Makoto answers that he's working as a nurse, while Sekai mentions that she got married, suffered a miscarriage and is soon to be divorced. At the same time, Makoto hides his ring finger to hide the fact that he's engaged. Sekai is holding a bucket of water and leaves as Makoto asks if she's not going to dump it. Sekai says the tomb is smiling, albeit unpleasantly, then tells him goodbye. She goes on to mention how the weather forecast said it would rain, but the weather seems fine. Makoto looks up to find there is no rain.

Pushed Too Far (HQ Version Only) []

Kotonoha moments before death — **Pushed Too Far**

During Makoto's initial attempts to make sexual advances on Kotonoha, Sekai offers to let Makoto train on her and they have sex. They continue to have unprotected sex constantly even with Makoto still dating Kotonoha. During the school festival, Makoto finally has sex with Kotonoha while Sekai goes on to date Taisuke, but is very unhappy in the relationship. When all four of them go shopping, Taisuke asks Makoto to find out what Sekai would like as a present. Sekai says she wants something that can't be bought, which is Makoto. Confronted with this, Makoto decides he loves Sekai and embraces her. Just a while later, Sekai goes home only to throw up and confesses to her mother that she might be pregnant and doesn't know who the father is. She reveals her pregnancy to Makoto and says he has to be the father because they had sex so many times, but a visit to an obstetrician reveals she's only seven weeks pregnant - which makes it highly unlikely the baby is Makoto's. After Kotonoha reveals this to Makoto, he breaks up with Sekai over this, thinking that Sekai was going to use the pregnancy to manipulate him into staying into a relationship over a child that wasn't his. This final rejection causes Sekai to go into Yandere mode. Later, while Makoto and Kotonoha are at the train station, Sekai pushes Kotonoha in front of a train and kills her in front of a horrified Makoto, laughing maniacally about how the trouble is all Kotonoha's fault as Makoto holds Kotonoha's severed arm after failing to save her.

Starting from the Price of Betrayal episode, the divergence point with To My Children is whether Makoto tells Sekai his doubts about his being the child's father at school, or if he remains silent and tells her over the phone later that night.

Innocent Evening Sun (LxH Version Only)[]

Sekai and kotonoha double kill — Innocent Evening Sun

While similar to the ending above, this ending comes before the point where the Pushed Too Far one occurs. Also, apart from Sekai pushing Kotonoha onto the train tracks, the circumstances are different - the events happen earlier because the characters are wearing their school uniforms without coats. Sekai also hasn't spent much time in Yandere mode as she isn't shown manically crazed (though is obviously in a cold state of murderous insanity) and doesn't push with as much force as the other ending (Kotonoha only falls halfway over the edge instead of being sent flying over the train tracks). Makoto is also further away from Kotonoha and is able to see Sekai pushing her far sooner, reacting to it much faster.

Makoto and Kotonoha are waiting for the train to come when Makoto gets a text from Sekai. This serves as a distraction to occupy Makoto as Sekai comes up and pushes Kotonoha onto the tracks. Shocked, Makoto rushes in, shoving a stunned Sekai over as well and grabs Kotonoha as they all fall over onto the ledge, with Sekai's phone dropping further into the tracks. Makoto holds onto Kotonoha around her waist and tries to pull her back up while the mentally-compromised Sekai numbly reaches for her phone in spite of the incoming danger. The train however comes in before anything can be done and Sekai and Kotonoha are both hit and killed, with Makoto thrown back and left looking horrified.

Twisted Hair (LxH Version Only)[]

Slightly different from the ending above. While being pulled by Makoto, Kotonoha regains consciousness and grabs Sekai by her hair, looking as though she intends to pull her up at first glance. But, right as Makoto pulls, Kotonoha instead uses Sekai as leverage to push herself and Makoto back up to safety (though whether this is intentional as payback towards Sekai or accidental due to blindly reaching for a handgrip is unknown), shoving Sekai fully onto the tracks. The train comes as Sekai looks at it in shock right before it connects, killing her.

Lamplight (LxH Version Only)[]

Makoto and Sekai meet at the train station and chat for a while when Kotonoha comes. Kotonoha wants to talk to Sekai and Makoto leaves them alone. Kotonoha becomes more and more aggressive with Sekai and Makoto, when he turns around, finds Sekai has been accidentally pushed onto the tracks by Kotonoha in her blind rage. Makoto runs over and helps her get up but, as Sekai tries to help Makoto up, he is hit by an oncoming train, leaving Sekai's shocked face shown fully in the frame.

News Story (LxH Version Only)[]

This ending mostly serves as the "good" alternative to Bloody End. Sekai and Makoto are a couple and are walking down the street with Hikari and Nanami. They then come across a news broadcast revealing that a girl has been found murdered in an alleyway. Nanami and Hikari wonder if this might be Kotonoha, due to her being absent from school for a while. The two then ask Sekai and Makoto if they have heard from Kotonoha but they say no and rather suspiciously brush the topic off, hinting they may possibly have killed her themselves in order to be together.

Sekai Endings[]

I Love You[]

Nearly exactly the same as the Forever ending, but after Sekai and Makoto share an embrace the game ends without anything more. Presumably, Kotonoha accepts Makoto breaking up with her rather than committing suicide.

With Honesty[]

Makoto continues to date Kotonoha with virtually no bumps in the road. Sekai, having set up the couple together, is still in love with Makoto and falls deeper into depression after Setsuna leaves for Paris, proceeding to skip school and spend days crying in her room. On Christmas Eve, Youko, worried that Sekai won't have enough days in attendance to move up, forces her to go to school. During class she passes out and Nanami tells Makoto to take her to the infirmary, since she believes he's the reason for Sekai's depression. Sekai asks Makoto to hold her hand until she falls asleep and he does. Meanwhile, Kotonoha's made plans to spend Christmas eve with Makoto in a very, very luxurious hotel room. Sekai wakes up at the infirmary and then goes home. Whilst waiting for the train she realizes she hasn't eaten all day and starts eating a sandwich. She starts crying as she recalls her promise to make Makoto sandwiches and that she wanted him to try it. To her surprise, Makoto comes out and takes a bite of her sandwich and confesses he loves her and asks her to love him in return. She throws away the sandwich and embraces Makoto.

Bavarois[]

Makoto decides to be with Sekai, and Kotonoha, trying to win Makoto back, comes over to his apartment and takes pictures of Makoto sucking on her nipples and shows them to Sekai. She asks Makoto to date her if she can convince Sekai to back off. After she succeeds, Makoto interrogates her about what she's done and, after learning the truth, ultimately breaks his promise after concluding Kotonoha manipulated them to her favor, leaving Kotonoha and going to Sekai's apartment to try and apologize. Sekai, still very upset, simply tells Makoto to go away. A while later, Sekai's mother comes home and wakes up Sekai to have Bavarois with her. She asks Sekai if she should give some Bavarois to Makoto or if she wants seconds, shocking Sekai at how Makoto had stayed outside the entire time. After a talk with her mother, Sekai comes out to embrace Makoto, while Makoto apologizes for being easily swayed. Then Sekai asks if Makoto likes Bavarois (This Bavarois ending is completely unrelated to the Bavarois Makoto can make for Sekai).

Love Fulfilled[]

Makoto dumps Kotonoha because feelings for Sekai suddenly emerge, but Sekai accuses him of cheating on her with Otome in class with everyone looking. Because of Sekai's outburst, nearly everyone in school is gossiping about it. Makoto takes Sekai to the roof to talk everything over, only for Kotonoha to suddenly arrive and beg him to date her again. Pushed into a corner, Makoto declines to make a decision. A few days later, Sekai tells Makoto that she'll be waiting for him at her place. During the evening, Sekai is out in the night waiting for Makoto when Setsuna comes. After a little chat it's revealed Makoto had come a while ago but left as he couldn't face Sekai, resulting in Setsuna dragging him back over. They share an embrace while Setsuna walks away, happy at having successfully brought the two together. In a post-ending scene Makoto and Sekai are at the beach and Sekai says she has to take a lot of pictures to make lots of memories.

Setsuna's Feelings[]

SCHOOLDAYS HQ 2014-06-13 11-12-40-76 — Setsuna's Feelings

Makoto and Sekai are together - with Kotonoha out of the way in their relationship since she's dating Taisuke - but Sekai's mother is chosen to go to Paris instead of Setsuna's mother. Sekai pleads with her mother to stay but is slapped in the face by her, regarded as being selfish for wanting Makoto over a better life. Setsuna then (seemingly) decides to take Makoto off of Sekai's hands after she leaves, claiming that she's loved him since the entrance ceremony the same as Sekai. She first takes pictures of Makoto and herself pretending to have sex and shows it to Sekai, before claiming that she's really going to do it. Then Setsuna proceeds to (seemingly) have sex with Makoto, with Sekai hearing them on the phone. Sekai, unable to listen anymore, begs Makoto to stop and promises to not leave him. After that, it's revealed the whole thing was simply a ploy devised by Setsuna and Makoto, to ensure both Makoto and Sekai herself never have any doubts about her feelings for him. Setsuna then leaves for Paris with her mother after Sekai convinces her own mother to stay, having successfully put Sekai and Makoto together.

Kotonoha Endings[]

Christmas Eve[]

The Kotonoha equivalent of With Honesty. She and Makoto continue to date without any troubles, but Kotonoha worries that Makoto will get bored with the relationship after things settle into a stable pattern. To spice things up, Kotonoha spends an exorbitant amount of money on a hotel room to spend Christmas Eve with him. Meanwhile, Sekai, having set up the couple together, is still in love with Makoto and falls deeper into depression after Setsuna leaves for Paris, skipping school as she spends days on end crying in her room. On Christmas Eve, Youko, worried that Sekai won't have enough days in attendance to advance to the next grade, forces her to go to school. During class she passes out and Nanami tells Makoto to take her to the infirmary, since she believes he's the reason for Sekai's depression. After school, Sekai wakes up at the infirmary and then goes with Nanami to have Christmas dinner with the latter's boyfriend's family. Meanwhile, Makoto meets with Kotonoha in a very luxurious hotel room, denoting to himself that he shouldn't feel guilty about Sekai as he could never have given her what she wanted due to not seeing her that way, even admitting he can live with others being hurt so long as he's with the one he loves. Makoto and Kotonoha then spend the night together and consummate their relationship, resembling a traditional happily-ever-after ending.

Lust[]

Kotonoha's equivalent ending of Bavarois. Instead of going after Sekai, Makoto keeps his promise to date Kotonoha if she gets Sekai to back off. Like the Bavarois ending, a post-ending scene can show Setsuna pregnant (the only difference being Kotonoha is Makoto's girlfriend instead of Sekai).

With Kotonoha[]

Kotonoha naked caught by Kokoro — With Kotonoha

Kotonoha's equivalent of Sekai's Love Fulfilled, except in this case, Kotonoha asks to come over to Makoto's place and Makoto, having chosen Kotonoha, is waiting for her and they have sex. In a post-ending scene, the next morning, Kotonoha's phone rings while they're having a conversation about Kotonoha's family being upset at her. After Makoto sees Kokoro is calling he picks up, failing to turn video-chat off and capturing Kotonoha naked on the camera, much to Kokoro's shock and Makoto's embarrassment.

To Kotonoha[]

Roof lunch with Kotonoha — The last 4 endings all end with almost exactly the same conclusion while the routes leading to them are different.

Achieved through the Conflicting Desires episode, after Makoto sleeps with Kotonoha, then goes to Sekai. Makoto makes it clear he likes Sekai. Because of this, Nanami and the other girls start bullying Kotonoha to keep her away from Makoto for Sekai. Nanami warns her not to get close to Makoto and has the other girls do all they can to keep Kotonoha away from him, including drop the boxed lunch that she made for him. However, Makoto learns about this from overhearing Otome's friends talking about it and confronts a shocked Sekai on the bullying, then searches for Kotonoha to find her right when she's cornered and about to be slapped by Kumi. Makoto grabs Kumi's hand, claiming to the shocked girls that he's Kotonoha's boyfriend and intends to protect her, lecturing them for being bullies as he takes an overjoyed Kotonoha back with him. The pair then run into Sekai and Nanami, the former in tears while the latter confesses to being the one who put the other girls up to bullying Kotonoha for Sekai's sake. Makoto seems to hold Sekai at fault for it nonetheless and breaks up with her, leaving her crying in the halls with Kotonoha seeming sorry for her. The game ends with Makoto and Kotonoha having lunch and kissing, rekindling their relationship.

After the Kiss[]

Similar to the To Kotonoha ending, the difference is the route the player takes causing minor differences achieved through the Innocence episode, when Makoto doesn't sleep with Setsuna.

Similar to the To Kotonoha ending - the difference is the route the player takes causing minor differences achieved through the First Experience episode, such as the training with Sekai.

All Hers[]

Similar to the To Kotonoha ending - the difference is the route the player takes, causing minor differences achieved through the Relationships Revealed episode. Kotonoha can either be raped or not raped by Taisuke during school festival (but she is always seen having sex with Taisuke after that), but the only thing that matters is her dating him.

Sub Heroine Endings[]

I'm His Wife (Watermelon in LxH release)[]

I'm his wife, back off sekai — I'm His Wife

If the route taken, it involves Makoto impregnating Setsuna (as opposed to many other possible routes). Then, in a post-credits scene, Setsuna sends a dumbstruck Makoto (chewing on watermelon, which he spits out in shock) a postcard of herself, heavily pregnant, in front of the Arc de Triomphe. Written on it are the words "I will be giving birth in Japan, so I'll return around the time when you get this letter. Please think of a name. Setsuna".(Those words only appear in the LxH release) The doorbell then rings, revealing that Setsuna has shown up with Sekai, greeting Makoto's mother with a victory-sign and saying "I'm the Wife". This ending can be achieved by either Bavarois or Lust.

According to the official family tree, Makoto has children with Sekai and Setsuna. This is only ending in the original game that fits into this criteria. See this for more information.

Everyone's Makoto (Hikari Ending)[]

Hikari hair down — **Everyone's Makoto**

During the school festival, Kotonoha asks Makoto to come to her but he doesn't, being too preoccupied with Sekai. Kotonoha then is forced to abandon Makoto and begins dating Taisuke. During lunchtime, Makoto goes to look for Taisuke and finds him forcing sex on Kotonoha. Hikari comes to watch and then Makoto seduces Hikari and plays with her. They stop because Kotonoha and Taisuke are done and, after Hikari is revealed to like Taisuke, he comes up with a plan to set them up. He pretends Hikari is his girlfriend and asks Taisuke to swing with him. Taisuke and Kotonoha both accept and agree to meet at Kotonoha's house at 10am, but Hikari takes too long picking out an outfit and shows up around noon. They found that because they've been waiting they went ahead and had sex. Taisuke then asks Makoto and Hikari to have sex in front of them. Left with no choice, they do so, and Hikari is shocked at how good it felt. Afterwards Hikari and Taisuke have sex while Kotonoha and Makoto leave, where Makoto then makes it clear to Kotonoha he is not going to have sex with her. Afterwards its revealed Hikari didn't like sex with Taisuke, saying he's too rough and that Makoto is better. They then have sex near the beach during the evening. Four months later, Makoto and Hikari wake up in the morning. It's revealed Makoto is officially dating Sekai and Hikari is his "private manager". Hikari says being good in bed is Makoto's only merit (much to his exasperation) and it's wrong of her to keep him all to herself, so she's sharing him with almost everyone and calls in a different girl for him every night - all behind Sekai's back.

Sexfriend (Hikari Ending)[]

Almost exactly the same as the ending above, the difference being that Makoto ejaculated inside Hikari when they had sex. Four months later Makoto and Hikari wake up in the morning. It's revealed Makoto is officially dating Sekai and Hikari pretends to be on bad terms with him at school so that Sekai doesn't suspect, but when they're having sex everything is real. Hikari then tells Makoto to go school while she has to go the hospital. Makoto asks why and Hikari simply says that he'll be surprised. In a post-credits scene, it's revealed Hikari went to the hospital to confirm that she is pregnant, as she is seen holding her and Makoto's baby - while Sekai is seen in the background comically crying, either with annoyance or shock and Makoto looks forlorn or depressed.

Earnest Feelings Requited (Otome Ending)[]

Happy ending with Otome. It's almost exactly the same as Sekai's ending Love Fulfilled and Kotonoha's ending With Kotonoha, except in this case Otome asks Makoto to meet her at the beach where they used to hang out all the time. Makoto realizes that his love was right next to him all along and comes. They go over to Makoto's place and have sex. In a post ending scene Otome and Makoto are revealed to be fighting a lot and Otome's friends talk about how they're going to break up, but Natsumi Koizumi has taken a picture of Makoto and Otome kissing and mentions that, since Otome is outspoken and they're very close, this passive-aggressive back and forth is how their relationship simply 'is'.

Harem Endings[]

Two Lovers []

Sekai and Kotonoha both accept that they have to share Makoto. They are both pregnant and hope to reveal this to Makoto as Christmas presents.

Goodbye Sekai []

Similar to Setsuna's Feelings, but Setsuna fails to convince Sekai to stay, ultimately leaving for Paris as Makoto seemingly starts a relationship with Setsuna. In an epilogue scene Makoto narrates that he has become estranged from Setsuna and the others and is living an empty shell of a life and throws away a letter from Sekai. Then he seemingly has sex with Kazuha Nijou and Futaba Nijou.

Makoto lies to Setsuna about having a girlfriend and then proceeds to tell her that his girlfriend is younger than him and goes to a different school. Suddenly, Karen comes up and Setsuna questions Karen whether she is Makoto's girlfriend. Makoto interrupts and says she is and Karen goes along with the lie. Makoto, Itaru, and Karen end by talking on the beach and Makoto seems disappointed.

No More Tears to Cry[]

Makoto and Itaru go to Setsuna's apartment, intending to pay her a visit but Makoto changes his mind in front of her door, claiming it's a bad idea. Itaru persists and rings Setsuna's doorbell. Makoto tells Itaru that Setsuna is only his classmate and that he doesn't want to cause a misunderstanding and they leave. Setsuna behind the door overheard this and heartbroken deletes a message from Noan informing her that Makoto is coming over to her house (calling him Setsuna's boyfriend). After this, Setsuna stops dropping by the beach where Makoto hangs out. Makoto becomes sad about it.

Setsuna Disappears (Shiny Days only)[]

Shun walks in on Makoto forcing himself on Setsuna (like the Paris for Two ending) and Setsuna runs off to Paris to be with her mother leaving Makoto alone.

How Many Hours by Train[]

Makoto finds out by his mother (who informed him that Shun and Setsuna came over) that Shun is Setsuna's father and is filled with guilt because of his harsh actions towards both of them earlier the same day. He tries calling her but she's not picking up, so he goes to Setsuna's house to find her, only to find Shun, who tells him that Setsuna left to Paris. Makoto comes back home and goes to bed heartbroken, giving up on Setsuna.

Super Best Friends: Defeated (Shiny Days only)[]

Makoto spends the festival with Kotonoha, which upsets Inori. After the Kagura is finished and Makoto meets Inori, she reminds him of his promise to grant any wish of hers and she asks him to give up on Kotonoha and only have eyes for her, his fiancee. Makoto reluctantly promises. Not long after, Kotonoha walks in and having heard their conversation, asks Makoto if he is actually engaged to Inori in a sad tone. Makoto tries to deny this, claiming Inori is just his super best friend but Kotonoha isn't convinced and shouts out a blessing to them before running away, presumably crying. Makoto looks at her direction upset while Inori stares at him disapprovingly.

Continues slightly past the "Devotion" ending. Hanon tries to get Makoto and Niki together, but when Makoto ignores her phone call, they conclude the reason he's still single is because he's gay. Makoto returns to school after having had a boring Summer.

Setsuna discovers Shun and Futaba's affair, while Makoto mistakes Setsuna to be in affair with Shun and speaks harshly to her about it. This causes Setsuna to slap him and run away. Shun reveals that his secret to Makoto is that he's actually Setsuna's father - technically making Makoto and Setsuna each-other's uncle and niece respectively-. After talking to Shun, Makoto decides to chase after Setsuna to win her back but in the end he realizes that she has vanished and that he'll never see her again.

Rain of Carnage[]

Makoto and Kokoro meet Kyouichi Kasanoin at his cram school, where Kyouichi is having sex with Yae - Nanami's younger sister. Kotonoha discovers this event and comes to rescue Kokoro, killing both Kyouichi and Makoto with a sword. She later sets the building ablaze to destroy all the evidence before making her escape with Kokoro.

Becoming Part of the Family (Otome and Karen Ending)[]

Otome discovers that Karen is in relationship with Makoto and bursts into tears. Karen decides to have Otome confess her feeling to Makoto, which she ultimately does. Otome and Makoto then kiss and have sex, which Karen also joins them in. Unfortunately, Otome accidentally pulled off the blanket that camouflageed their actions, causing the three of them to be seen by the entire Katou Family. The after-credits then show Makoto severely beaten up but apparently still allowed to date both Karen and Otome.

Going Our Separate Ways (Kokoro and Kotonoha Ending)[]

Makoto becomes closer to Kokoro and eventually has sex with her. After being attacked by Kotonoha, who believes at first that he's molesting her sister, he is then made to promise that he won't do it with Kokoro again until the latter is she is at proper age for such a thing. Nevertheless, she finds herself attracted to Makoto as well. Several months later, Kotonoha invites Makoto to come spend Christmas Eve with her at a luxury hotel, but Kokoro comes in and accuses her sister of trying to steal away him. The two girls start arguing about dating with Makoto at Christmas, but he tells them to stop, holds both of them to his chest and say that he can't wait till then. Kotonoha and Kokoro sheepishly agree.

Ripened Fruit (Katsuras' Ending)[]

Makoto gradually finds his way with all the women of Katsura family. On Christmas, Kotonoha and Kokoro argue about with which of them Makoto spend day. Until Manami arrives and tells her daughters that Makoto has already an important thing to do that day.

Sleep With the Entire Katsura Family Project (Katsuras' Ending)[]

Similar to the Ripened Fruit Ending, but the difference is that Manami got pregnant.

Paris for Four (Saionjis & Kiyouras' Ending)[]

Makoto accepts Setsuna's feelings leaves with her for Paris. Youko and Mai decide to join them. After returning from Paris Youko, Mai and Setsuna visit Sekai revealing that they are all pregnant with Makoto's children. Youko then proposes that a shocked Sekai join them and become pregnant too. Sekai tries to protest but vain as Makoto arrives and impregnates her as well.

According to the official family tree Makoto has sons with Sekai and Setsuna. This is only ending in the spin-off that fits into this criteria. See this for more information.

After Setsuna ran away to Paris, Makoto becomes closer to Sekai, who helps him heals the wound on his heart. When Setsuna flees, Makoto becomes increasingly lonely and tells Kotonoha that he loved her the whole time. He leans in for a kiss and it looks like Kotonoha is going to accept. However, when it cuts to the Paris airport scene, Makoto is seen bandaged up. It's revealed that Kotonoha changed her mind, beat Makoto with a stick for trying to come on to her purely out of loneliness when another girl liked him, and sent him back to Setsuna to make things right with her.

Gift From My Father[]

Makoto chases after Kokoro but lets her slip past Shun. When he tells Shun that he want a blowjob from Kokoro, Shun beats him up and drives some sense into him. Shun then calls Mai and tells her that he wants to give something to Setsuna as a father. Setsuna and Mai later meet an injured Makoto wrapped up in bandages at the airport. Mai tells her daughter to go to him, which she does. Setsuna and Makoto then hug and confess their feelings for each-other.

After the credits, Youko is shown asking Sekai why Makoto isn't ringing her, which Sekai replies to her by saying that Makoto got another girlfriend, which is assumed to be Setsuna.

Makoto, Kotonoha, Kokoro and Setsuna attend the Summer Carnival together. By Kokoro's arrangement, Makoto and Kotonoha spend a private time with each other deep in the woods. While they're chatting happily and watching the ceremony afar, Makoto, glamoured by Kotonoha's gorgeous body, suddenly pushes her over and forces himself on her. Panicked, Kotonoha resists, saying they're "too young to have sex". Makoto insists, confessing his feelings to Kotonoha, as well as revealing Kokoro is the one who instructed him to have sex with Kotonoha in woods. Finally Kotonoha is able to push Makoto off from her, depressed that what happened seemed to be a ploy of her sister's. However, Makoto's apology seems to convince her that he only offered because he thought she felt the same. Kotonoha then allows him to have sex with her "if he can be gentle" and admits she also has feelings to him.

After having sex, they walk out from woods holding hands together. Kokoro is excited that her plan of matching Makoto and Kotonoha succeeded, whereas Setsuna leaves upset with the development. As the new semester begins, Sekai is discussing finding a boyfriend with Setsuna at the train station when suddenly she sees the boy she has a crush on (Makoto) being taken by a girl from Class 4 (Kotonoha). Setsuna sees the couple too and promptly moves forward to kick Makoto over for the heartache he caused for being oblivious to how two other girls (Sekai and Setsuna) had liked him, but she then gives her blessing to the pair nonetheless. Kotonoha responds happily.

Stubborn Makoto[]

Similar to "I Hope You’re Happy" - the difference is before the events above, Makoto had slept with Youko (and also with or without Mai). There are 2 slight differences in the train station scene in this ending. First difference being Sekai telling Setsuna that her mom's boyfriend that she found over the summer vacation cheated on her and that she got pregnant to win him back (Sekai has no idea that it was Makoto). Second difference being after Setsuna kicks Makoto, she tells him it's divine punishment and that he should stick to just dating Kotonoha from now on, hinting that she may have found out about Makoto and Youko (and Mai)'s affair over the summer. After he promises to do so, Setsuna gives her blessing to the two and Kotonoha responds happily.

Caught by Kotonoha (Shiny Days only)[]

Kotonoha is asked to do the Kagura with Inori and Setsuna. Kokoro asks if she could do it too and goes up to the shrine. The people at the shrine tell her they have no idea what she is talking about but persist to find out more information about Inori's whereabouts while a reluctant Kokoro tells them. Depressed and annoyed how not only she couldn't do the Kagura and even if she did, Otome - her bully - would be involved, Kotonoha caves in her room. Inori then has Makoto and Otome to go to the Katsura house and make amends, with Otome apologizing for her actions and Makoto managing to convince Kotonoha to return. On the night of the festival, Kotonoha and Makoto are told to hide in the hall while Inori and the other shrine maidens prepare. Just before Inori appears on the stage about to start the Kagura, she collapses due to her illness while the Kagura is delayed. Makoto and Kotonoha get some time to talk and get to know each other until Makoto plucks up the courage to ask if she had a boyfriend. Before she can answer though, Ai came in looking for Makoto to tell him that the Kagura was delayed but can't find him, leaving in annoyance. Kotonoha then asks him if he knows her and finds out Ai dumped Makoto. Kotonoha asks if Makoto still had feelings for Ai, which he denies, and she tells him she doesn't have a boyfriend. The two then proclaim their feelings to each other and have sex.

After the credits, Makoto and Kotonoha are later seen on a boat together, with Makoto confused as to why there are people at the shrine and Radish mad at him. Kotonoha tells him it can't be helped as she was keeping him to herself. Makoto is still confused, yet thanks her for feeling so strongly for him.

In an alternative version, Kokoro snuck into the boat. When Kotonoha gets something for Kokoro and Makoto to drink, Kokoro asks Makoto "do her later too", and he agrees - only for Kotonoha overhear this and push Makoto and Kokoro overboard.

In this ending, Makoto chases after Kokoro and has Shun caught her. He stays silent and Kokoro tells him she loves him, leaving a shocked Shun. Then Kokoro has sex with Makoto while Futaba gives Shun a blowjob.

Makoto confesses to having feelings for Inori and she accepts. Natsuhi makes an appearance with Shun and has a talk about the secret between them; Inori is their daughter, making Makoto her half-uncle. Inori, Setsuna, and Kotonoha perform the Shinto Dance to the crowd at Ashikaga Shrine, which is very successful. After the Shinto Dance, Makoto meets Inori, and after he kisses and has sex with her, they vow to be together forever.

More than Friends (Shiny Days only)[]

Noan drags Makoto away from the festival to his house and attempts to seduce him, but Makoto doesn't give in and runs away to go back to the festival to find Inori. He finds her after the Kagura dance is over and confesses to her. Inori is taken aback and reciprocates. Makoto tells her to go somewhere more private and Inori tells him to do whatever he wants, hinting that they proceed to have sex.

Hikari Ending[]

Ai asks Hikari to help her lure Makoto into the forest around the shrine where there festival is taking place, planning to seduce him. Earlier that same day of the festival, Hikari receives an energy drink (turtle's blood) from Setsuna, which is also an aphrodisiac. While waiting for Ai to come in the forest, Hikari is aroused because the other couples are having sex around them and starts masturbating. Makoto sees this and tries to restrain himself, but attacks Hikari in the end. They make love and Hikari gradually enjoys the sex. Then it’s revealed that Hikari made Makoto a gigolo that sleeps with the female customers.

During the Summer Festival, Karen steals Setsuna's love confession and uses it on Makoto, hoping to use it to him to acknowledge her own feelings for him. Sure enough, Makoto believes it and the two have sex and become couple. However, they crash into Youko at Radish, who is extremely angry at Makoto's adultery and orders Noan to bring her the largest knife in the store to "deal with the problem". Karen is also furious to learn Makoto hadn't broken up with Youko and starts hitting him. Setsuna calmly watches over the chaos while offhandedly noting that Makoto is "foolish".

Kazuha and Futaba Endings[]

Yuu ends the contact with Makoto, but Makoto comes back and says that he loves him. Yuu saves him from the coming train, his wig falls off and Makoto realizes that Yuu is in fact Yuuki. Makoto is extremely shocked and he can't believe that everything was a lie. Yuuki runs off. In the next scene, Yuuki and Roka are dating, while Makoto is seen exhausted and soulless and Kotonoha is still following him around.

Mayfly[]

Crossdaysmayflies — Yuu disappeared, forever.

Yuuki realizes that he loves Makoto, but after their final sex, he decides that they can't be together anymore, and makes "Yuu" disappear forever. Makoto is heartbroken - ironically fulfilling Yuuki's original goal of ruining Makoto's hedonistic lifestyle - with Kotonoha is still following him around, while Yuuki goes on and dates Roka.

Divine Punishment[]

Yuu is waiting for Makoto in the classroom to "reveal herself", but she changes her mind. Yuu wanted to confess her real name "Yuuki" to Makoto through text messages, but she changed her mind and did not. While texting, Makoto said that he was coming to her and Yuu said that she has never said her real name. Makoto kept on insisting that she should say the name, which Yuu considered to be "annoying". At a point, Makoto said: "The name of the person that I love is Yuu, my feelings for you are not fake". Yuu gets disgusted and while writing on the chalkboard, she says: "Real feelings?! Hah! The only thing you want is to have sex." Makoto enters the classroom and there's no Yuu, only "Goodbye" written on the chalkboard.

In most situations, during the scene after the credits, Yuuki and Chie are walking to school, Chie is very tired, because she wants to get a nomination to get into a college through her basketball skills. Yuuki sees that Makoto is worn out, soulless, and Kotonoha is still by his side. Yuuki is shocked and says: "All the things that he has done to her, she is still by his side." Roka walks up and Yuuki says that he loves her, this ending confirms that they're finally dating.

In another variation, Roka tracks 'Yuu' and calls him cruel for playing on Makoto before Yuu breaks up with Makoto. She confesses to Yuu both hers and Kuroda's feelings on Yuuki. Finally she points out that she knows Yuu is actually Yuuki, while Yuuki escapes. In this variation there does not always(though still mostly) exist the after-credit scene that Roka and Yuuki finally get together.

Licentious Beast[]

Instead of calling for help while Taisuke and his gang are forcing him to perform fellatio and being raped, Yuuki is then taken to the home of one of Taisuke's friends where they continue to do so away from prying eyes. Though a few days later they debate how they will keep him confined. Yuuki has given up and succumbed to being their sex slave. Ai take the advantage and manage to make Makoto her boyfriend (since he broke up with both Kotonoha and Sekai, and does not find Yuu) and Kotonoha becomes yandere. After the Taisuke triple have gone to school, Yuuki starts to give himself a blowjob.

Elder Sister[]

Kotonoha discovers that Makoto is sleeping with a girl named 'Yuu', in the men's restroom and she hides in another stall listening until it drives her to madness. She finds a crowbar in the library and, intending to kill 'Yuu', runs into Chie in the archive room. Chie, putting two and two together, tells Kotonoha that she is 'Yuu' when Kotonoha demands to know 'who she is'. The swing of a crowbar is heard and Chie is murdered in her brother's stead.

Self-Destruction[]

Shares the same general set-up as 'Big Sister', except that Chie comes to the library a little bit earlier. Yuuki in his dress, decides to hide inside, Chie goes away not finding Yuuki. This changes the scenario that after Kotonoha finds the crowbar in the library she does not encounter Chie. She eventually tracks down Yuuki, still in the guise of 'Yuu', in the library and attacks him, killing Yuuki/'Yuu'.

Sacrifice and Fulfillment[]

Yuuki and Taisuke witness Kotonoha being bullied by Otome's group, Yuuki is busy meeting with Roka so he asks Taisuke to save Kotonoha. In the end Makoto is still dating Sekai and Kotonoha gets raped by Taisuke. Roka teases Yuuki that he is like a girl during festival, while Yuuki panically denies. Then they dance at the bonfire together with Makoto and Sekai.

Given Up On Everything[]

Roka hears about Yuuki's involvement with Niki - which involved going to a hotel - and runs out on him even after he says nothing happened. Yuuki eventually runs into Kotonoha in the library and the two decide to hope for the best but it never pans out.

Makoto ends up dancing with Sekai in one ending, however In another variation of this ending, Kyomi succeeds in seducing her elder brother Kyouichi Kasannoin, which makes Nanami depressed. Then Hikari drags Makoto to the restroom, Makoto sleeps with Hikari and they hook up afterwards (though she lends him out on a regular basis much like in Hikari's School Days Ending: Everyone's Makoto). Nanami discovers that her boyfriend has been cheating on her with several younger girls and is heartbroken. In the post credit epilogue, Hikari and Roka invite Nanami over to be 'cheered up' by sharing Makoto with her. Hikari has sex with Makoto while Roka helps Nanami get in the mood. While Makoto sleeps with Nanami, Roka calls out Hikari on her real feelings and both reminisce on their failed love lives. It is also implied that Makoto is still dating with a girl(maybe Kotonoha or Sekai) while cheating on massive numbers of girls.

Massive Love[]

Tsutsumi Shibukawa lures Yuuki to the haunted house and ties him to the bed in order to rape him, but is rescued by Ion and Youka, who decide to take advantage of him instead (because they have always been watching him) and succeed where Tsutsumi failed. In post credits, it seems Yuuki is now willingly eating out Youka even as his sister calls her friend out of concern for her brother's absence. She seems to be switching days with Ion and uses him as much as she can. Ion has her turn the next day in the girl's locker room while Chie worries again. It is revealed he is still being tied up when being used and being coerced with blackmail if he tries to refuse.

Later, when Yuuki finally meets with Roka, Ion, Youka and Tsutsumi get into a fight before stripping and showing off to Yuuki in a comical manner. This pisses off Roka who slaps Yuuki and calls him stupid.

A Fight is Coming[]

Roka and Yuuki are back together. Ai confesses her love to Makoto. Makoto rejects friendly, but Ai throws her clothes off and tries to persuade him, while he screams that it's a bad idea. However, Ai happened to be pregnant by Yuuki, but Kotonoha thinks that Makoto impregnated her. Makoto brought Ai at home so she can explain everything. Makoto says that Ai should tell the truth, but instead, she lied that its' Makoto child. While Makoto stutters that she's lying, Kotonoha drew a Katana on them, implying she kills one or both of them. Roka and Yuuki, who invited by Makoto to his home, hear glass breaking and says that there probably is a couple fighting upstairs.

Fallen Into Darkness[]

Roka hears about Yuuki's involvement with Niki - which involved going to a hotel - and runs out on him even after he says nothing happened and it's confirmed that he ran out of the hotel room. Roka then asks Makoto to help her make Yuuki jealous by sending him sexts of her doing 'couple' things with Makoto. This pisses Yuuki off but fails to get the response Roka had hoped for. In her disappointed state, Makoto is able to convince her to have sex with him as 'practice'. In the post credits, Roka shows up at Yuuki's house and gives him a boob job. After she's finished, she reveals to Yuuki that she became a prostitute and that she has a lot of services but she'll let Yuuki take her completely. As she offers to give more of her body to him, Yuuki deduces that she has slept with Makoto, whom he dislikes, she became his girlfriend and that she sleeps with everyone that drops by. Roka asks Yuuki if he felt good earlier and begins tearing up. She then leaves his house and cries while snow is falling.

Secret Fall[]

An alternative to Massive Love, in which Yuuki manages to avoid Tsutsumi's trap and is able to talk to Roka, getting together to walk around the festival. This ending results in both Hikari and Yuuki being late to meet up with Kotonoha at the Haunted House and leaving her alone to be bullied by Otome, with Taisuke saving her. Otome suggests that Taisuke needs to convince Kotonoha of his feelings forcibly (the same as in School Days) and he rapes her. Makoto chooses to be with Sekai during Taisuke's absence and dances at the bonfire with her, while Hikari fails in her love life.

Disappointment[]

Roka has heard from Katou and misunderstood that Ruka Imagawa and Yuuki confessed to each other and had intercourse in the rest room. Yuuki denies this, and gets mad at Roka for believing Katou's made up rumor. Chie confirms that Yuuki was in the rest room with Ruka. Roka shouts to Yuuki that she hates him. Yuuki gets upset and runs away. As Mugi and Natsuki discuss the matter further, Ruka appears and clears up the misunderstanding by showing her actual boyfriend (Ishimaru from an older class) to all of the girls there. Roka, Chie and the other girls are shocked and run away to find Yuuki. Makoto sees them running past him as he's heading to the reception in front of the rest room and get confused. He arrives there, asking where Katou is. Kotonoha takes this opportunity and tells him that she's still his girlfriend, that she loves him and invites him to the rest room. Makoto hesitated and disagreed at first, but in the end, he said that he loved her too and accepted her invitation. Meanwhile, Yuuki is crying in the library, heartbroken and betrayed. Kyouichi finds him and offers to cheer him up by introducing him to another girl. Inside the rest room, Makoto and Kotonoha are about to have sex.

In the post credits scene, Kotonoha passes by the library along with Makoto and tells Yuuki that they made up. Yuuki expresses his happiness to Kotonoha and she leaves with Makoto. Yuuki and Kyouichi plan on going on a double date, Kyouichi with Yae (Nanami's younger sister) and Yuuki with the girl Kyouichi introduced him to. Yuuki tells Kyouichi that he put everything that happened between him and Roka in the past (in other words, he got over her) and that the girl Kyouichi introduced him to seems noisy but she's actually not. As they discuss their double date, Yuuki wonders what she would think about it and says Kokoro's name, meaning that the girl Kyouichi introduced Yuuki to was Kotonoha's younger sister, Kokoro.

Yuuki realizes he has genuine feelings for Makoto but decides to give up on him with one last kiss. He then calls Kotonoha, reassuring her that "Yuu" is gone forever and to wait for Makoto.

However, Makoto returns, refusing to let "Yuu" go, and proclaims his love for "her", begging "her" to be with him. After Makoto attempts to cross the train tracks to get to "Yuu", Yuuki's true identity is revealed with the loss of his wig after he saves Makoto from an oncoming train. When Yuuki turns away, repeating that he is male, Makoto embraces him, stating that he still loves him anyway. Later, the two are at Makoto's apartment, naked in his bed, holding hands and discussing the train station incident. Yuuki confirms to Makoto that he reciprocates his feelings and allows him to continue calling him "Yuu", saying that it was originally a nickname his big sister's friends gave him and that's where Taisuke got it from. Feeling guilty, he then worries about what they should tell Kotonoha, after which Makoto assures him that everything will be alright. Yuuki begins to ask him what he means, but Makoto cuts him off with a kiss and tells him he loves him.

In the post-credits scene, Yuuki and Chie encounter Makoto and Kotonoha. Kotonoha thanks Yuuki for his phone call and says that Makoto has proclaimed that she is the girl he loves the most. However, as Yuuki wishes them luck, Makoto pulls him aside and whispers in his ear that "The boy that I love the most is you."

Admiring the Chrysanthemums[]

Kotonoha overhears Makoto and "Yuu" in the bathroom and hears the word "Anal". She searches the word in the dictionary and decides to surprise Makoto at his home to have sex for the first time. Makoto doesn't seem that happy after doing it, but in the end, they are happily dating and Kotonoha suggests Yuuki that he should contact Roka, because Roka told her that she was waiting for him.

During the festival, Katou asked Minami Obuchi to bring Makoto to her to indirectly invite him to the rest room. Makoto thought that Minami used Katou as an excuse, and brought Minami to the roof to seduce her. Outside the rest room, Otome and her friends start to pick on Kotonoha even though Yuuki is there. Roka shows up and some confusion ensues. More specifically Yuuki was rumoured to have confessed to Ruka Imagawa and to have sex with her in the rest room. Yuuki tells Roka that it's not true and confesses his love to her but she doesn't quite believe him. Ruka comes out of the rest room, just in time, and clears up the misunderstanding by bringing out of the rest room her actual boyfriend, a guy from an older class named Ishimaru. Roka's confused and embarrased by the mistake she made. Yuuki is bitter and refuses to talk to her, until Mugi and Natsuki push her into Yuuki's arms, apologize to Yuuki for the misunderstanding and urge them to go inside. Yuuki and Roka get in the rest room and have sex together while Otome and Kotonoha are waiting outside for Makoto (he never shows as he is hooking up with Minami).

Feelings Pile Up[]

Yuuki and Hikari both befriend Kotonoha when they see what her classmates are doing to her and help her set-up for the festival. As a result, Hikari receives some backlash from her classmates because of Nanami and Sekai (partly because she is spied on by Sekai during a conversation where Hikari tells Yuuki she does not believe Makoto truly cares for Sekai). However, because of her new friendship with Yuuki and Kotonoha, Hikari is still able to make the needed food for the classroom cafe. Taisuke still attempts to rape Kotonoha when he finds her alone and is given the idea by Otome, but Yuuki is able to rescue her because of Roka. Ultimately, it is revealed Sekai will transfer away - possibly pushing for it out of heartbreak and humiliation - while Yuuki & Roka, Kotonoha & Makoto and Hikari & Taisuke dance with each other at the festival bonfire, each pair seemingly becoming a couple.

(This is one of the few more traditional "happy endings" of not only the spin-off but the whole "Days" series as Hikari, Roka and Kotonoha all successfully seem to end up with the boys they respectively like by the end)

Lies and Truths Pile Up[]

Roka offers herself to Yuuki during the festival in the library after he explains his actions, but he mistakes what she is saying to him until he sees the condom on the floor. Kotonoha asks to borrow Makoto from Sekai so she can alleviate Yuuki's confusion and convince him to go after Roka. After doing so, she thanks Makoto for helping her lie to Yuuki about their relationship so the other boy isn't concerned for her, after which Makoto tells her that it isn't a lie and the two embrace. Yuuki finds Roka in one of the classrooms and the two reconcile and have sex. In a post credits scene, Makoto apologizes for the way he's treated Kotonoha and the two have sex on the roof.

Taking the Hand Held Out to You[]

Yuuki and Roka clear up the misunderstandings between them regarding who is dating who and Yuuki confesses his feelings for her. Roka offers herself to him and he understands what she is alluding to when he recognizes what couples have been doing all day. They go to the haunted house room and Roka explains the real purpose of the room. The two then have sex while Yuuki imagining Makoto and Kotonoha dance at the bonfire.

Reconciliation[]

Roka and Kotonoha team up to reconcile with their crushs. Ai tries to lead Makoto to the rest room. At the reception, Roka stands there and says to Makoto that the one he really loves is not Sekai, but Kotonoha. Makoto realizes this and tries to call Kotonoha, but Ai blocks him from calling her and says that she wants to talk with him privately. Makoto hesitates, but agrees to it, so they enter, Makoto unknowingly, the rest room to "talk". Kotonoha goes to the library and says to Yuuki that Roka is waiting on the roof top. Yuuki asks if Kotonoha has reconciled with Makoto and she answers that she believes that her love is strong that it will survive and everything is going to be okay between them. Yuuki goes to the roof top in the end and reconciles with Roka. The two proceed to have sex.

Lies and Lies Pile Up[]

Ai confronts Makoto on the roof. It's implied that the scene went exactly as in the true ending (Makoto told her that he loves Kotonoha and Ai, after a last attempt to get him, gives up and cries). Ai visits Yuuki at his home. Yuuki thought she was going to tell him that Makoto accepted her feelings and that they got together and was about to congratulate her but Ai breaks down and starts crying. Yuuki is confused and, thinking Makoto hurt Ai, threatens to beat him up. Ai tells him that Makoto can't love her because he will stay in love with Kotonoha no matter what. Yuuki tries to reassure her that it's not true and that Makoto loves her but Ai tells him she has no chance with Makoto anymore, that he used to love her when they were in middle school but he doesn't anymore. Ai also mentions that her last chance to get Makoto was at the festival, which makes Yuuki feel guilty, as he was the reason Ai failed because he was helping Kotonoha get Makoto back at the time. Ai also says that she was using Yuuki to her benefit and calls herself the worst. Yuuki tells her that it's not true and hugs her, which takes her aback. She tells him that she's lonely. Yuuki begins to confess his feelings to Ai but she doesn't let him, saying that she'll forget everything after the night. They kiss and Ai sleeps with Yuuki for one last time. After a while Roka reveals to her friends that her and Yuuki dating, but he asked her to keep their relationship a secret. One of her friends informs her that Ai dropped out of high school. Meanwhile, Ai, who is pregnant, stays over at Yuuki's place secretly. It's implied that Yuuki and Ai are dating behind Roka's back but Yuuki isn't very happy with the outcome and he's uncertain of what to do.

Only Love and Courage[]

Yuuki is meeting Roka's mother for the first time. After the fun meeting, they forgot to give the souvenir to Yuuki so Roka had to run after him to give it to him. Roka's mother tease her that Yuuki may be kissing someone else during her absence. Meanwhile, Yuuki meets Ai, who had been waiting for Yuuki the whole time, and they continue with their "consultation" and "reward" game, Ai says that they can go to her home because her dad is away, which Yuuki accepts and kisses her. Roka caught them cheating so she removed the ribbon she got from Yuuki and threw it on the ground. In the next scene, Ai has moved in with Yuuki, Yuuki says that he is a school dropout and is heavily in search of a new school, his sister hates him (for what he has done to Roka), and Ai should leave him alone, because he's busy studying catching everything up. Ai (being pregnant with his child) says that Yuuki is a mean papa.

Going Forward, Facing Each Other[]

Having sabotaged her plan to win Makoto so that Makoto and Kotonoha get back together, Ai has blackmailed Yuuki into a plan to break Makoto and Kotonoha up, and later just seduced him into having intercourse in the library repeatedly for three months. Yuuki arranges a meeting between Ai and Makoto so that Ai comes clean to Makoto and stops using Yuuki. Yuuki informs Ai about it. Ai agrees to meet Makoto reluctantly but tries to protest when Yuuki mentions him meeting Roka. He also says he's disgusted by himself for being seduced so easily.

After school the same day, Roka is about to leave to meet Yuuki, but Ai stops her and asks to talk to her. Ai attempts to manipulate the situation so that Roka doesn't go to meet Yuuki but Roka tells Ai that she should talk to Makoto and let Yuuki be with her. Ai tries to tell Roka what exactly she had been doing with Yuuki during these three months but Roka says that she does not need to know and even if she was going to say the truth about what Ai and Yuuki have been doing, she would not believe it, which leaves Ai speechless. Roka tells Ai not to put herself between her and Yuuki anymore and to come clean to Makoto. Ai reluctantly agrees and Roka leaves.

Ai and Makoto meet up at the roof, Makoto says Yuuki and Roka have always been thinking of each other, even though they haven't seen each other for three months, that his feelings for Kotonoha are not gonna change and asks Ai to release Yuuki. Ai confesses to Makoto, while saying that Kotonoha stole his feelings unfairly and asks him to go out with her again. Makoto refuses. Ai attempts to blackmail him, saying that if he doesn't go out with her, she will not release Yuuki. Makoto tells her to stop and she yells that she doesn't want to hear anything more while she's about to burst into tears. Makoto hugs her and apologizes. Ai accepts her loss and cries in Makoto's arms while Kotonoha watches with sympathy for Ai.

Yuuki and Roka have met again and Yuuki is worried about Ai's wellbeing. Roka tells him that he shouldn't think of Ai now that he finally met with her and he apologizes. They walk together and she invites him to her house. On their way there, Roka tells Yuuki that she trusts him and she'll do her best not to be jealous. Yuuki responds happily. It starts snowing and Roka says it's lovely.
