Plot[]

The plot of Sleep With the Entire Katsura Family Project is almost identical to Ripened Fruit, except that Manami becomes pregnant with Makoto's child while they are having sex on the beach.
Like in Ripened Fruit, Manami drags Makoto to the beach and demands he stay away from Kotonoha. She says that Youko is willing to give him another chance if he stops seeing other girls. He tries to explain that he only started a relationship with Setsuna because he thought Youko had left him. Manami goes on an extended tirade, saying that she can't trust him and will need to keep an eye on him until Youko returns. She tries to get Makoto to submit, but efforts ultimately backfire. He seduces her, and they have sex on the beach. As they have sex, Manami accepts the fact that her, Kotonoha, and Kokoro are all tainted by Makoto; and that there is no going back. Manami then tells Makoto to ejaculate into her and claim her and her family his own. In the last moment of orgasm, Makoto internally ejaculates inside Manami on what is believed to be one of her dangerous days. Shockingly, she doesn't get upset about it at all. Afterwards, Makoto calls Youko and breaks up with her.
Because of this insemination, Manami ultimately gets pregnant to Makoto's baby.
Months later, Makoto is visiting with Kotonoha and Kokoro near Christmas. Kotonoha invites him to join her for an evening in a hotel at Sakakino Hills on Christmas Eve. Kokoro invites him to join her for a Christmas party. Manami walks in and reminds Makoto that he already has plans for Christmas. The plans basically underlined are that she wants Makoto to stay with her (for sexual reasons with her and help her out when her due date comes).
Episode title
Manami is visibly pregnant, and Kokoro points this out to Makoto. He reveals a mix of shock and arousal towards Manami as she shows up into the room, holding a large growing baby bump. Kokoro is excited at the prospect of having a younger sister. Kotonoha points out to her that there is also a possibility could be a younger brother, but Kokoro claims she wants a sister.
Makoto also claims that he's excited for the baby, and teases the Katsura sisters that he also wishes them to be the same, which confuses Kokoro and Kotonoha (insinuating that he plans on also impregnating them as soon as possible).
Route[]
The route to Sleep With the Entire Katsura Family Project is not available in the censored version of Shiny Days.
In the uncensored version of the game, the route to this ending is identical to Ripened Fruit, except that Makoto impregnates Manami while having sex on the beach. Internal ejaculation on the beach with Manami is the only way for this achieving this outcome; since this is her dangerous day for having sex.
If Makoto does not ejaculate inside Manami, she will not become pregnant and the outcome ending will remain as Ripened Fruit.
